DAY 1 & 2: (Airport – Negombo)
Travel time: Approx. 30mints drive. On arrival you will be welcomed to our island paradise by one of our hand selected Guide. Afterwards you will be escorted to your vehicle and transfer to your hotel. The first stop is right here at the lovely Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilions in Negombo, Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilions is located off the bustling strip running through Negombo, close to its beautiful beach, but once through its gates it’s peaceful. The restaurant overlooks an idyllic swimming pool, and the rooms and villas fan out behind. It’s an intimate setup, and from the get-go the staff are friendly and accommodating, which makes a lovely first impression. Consultation with the doctor and treatment according to Ayurveda consultation.

DAY 3, 4 & 5: (Negombo - Kandy)
Travel time: Approx. 03hrs drive. After an early breakfast take a walk in the fish market of Negombo and Continue to a coconut plantation to discover why this ‘superfood’ is so central to life in Sri Lanka. Learn how all parts of the tree play an important part in daily life, sip the water of a king coconut, watch ‘toddy tappers’ extract the palm wine from the coconut sap and taste the results. Visit Kandy Temple of tooth relic, Royal botanical garden, a Cultural show in the evening which are key highlights in Kandy. Check in to your home for next 03 days Samadhi center. This is a unique hotel concept which offers you the complete relaxation & a chance to disconnect from the busy world.

DAY 6, 7 & 8: (Kandy - Tangalle)
Travel time: Approx. 05.30hrs drive. Journey south to the coastal town of Tangalle and check into Talalla Retreat, a holiday escape and yoga retreat set amidst swaying palms and overlooking the crescent shaped Talalla beach. Spend your days relaxing by the sea and immersing in mind and body wellness through Yoga and the healing wisdom of Ayurveda. Talalla Retreat’s founder, Laurie Rose, has been a yoga practitioner for more than 24 years and Louisa Sear of Yoga Arts is also a partner. A resident yoga teacher all year round conducts morning and afternoon yoga classes as well as monthly intensive yoga retreats.

DAY 9: (Tangalle - Colombo)
Travel time: Approx. 04hrs drive. Leaving Tangalle, we travel on to Colombo, the nation's capital. Stop by some of the city's main sights on a bus tour including Independence Square, Parliament, and past the National Museum, finishing with a shopping opportunity for a good cause at the Barefoot Fair-trade Store. Here you can find a collection of handicrafts from around the country and support small cottage industries. If you are lucky enough to be in Colombo on a Saturday, visit Good Market, a local market full of stalls showcasing social enterprises and responsible businesses. Tonight, there's an optional final group dinner to celebrate your journey together.

DAY 10: (Colombo – Airport)
Travel time: Approx. 01hr drive. As all good things must come to an end, we bid you farewell as our Chauffeur Guide transfers you to the Airport to meet your departure flight to home.
